We provide oversight with very light touch. Full setup/breakdown is

If your event is within our local area and/or your rehearsal is the day of - Yes! For those who are a little further away, we may require an additional travel fee. If we are coordinating the ceremony, we make it a point to have at least a day-of rehearsal.
We only provide a team! A coordinator can only be in so many places at once and in order to provide the level of support that we do; you ALWAYS get a team. For guest counts under 65: 1 Lead Coordinator + Assistant Coordinator/Floater. For Guest counts above 65: Lead + Assistant + A Floater.
Absolutely! We coordinate all over DFW and Surrounding areas, and we have even been called out further than that. We have no travel fee for any event that is 30 miles from Fort Worth (One-Way).
